These Terms of Service govern your use of the School of Barbers website and your participation in our programs: the 6 Week Barber Academy and Barber Launchpad Plus+. By accessing our website or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
School of Barbers is operated by Lueyland Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed), based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We offer barber education through two programs: the 6 Week Barber Academy (face-to-face, $4,950) and Barber Launchpad Plus+ (online membership, $79/mo or $49/mo billed annually).
You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in any School of Barbers program or purchase a subscription. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Enrolment in the 6 Week Barber Academy requires a $990 deposit to secure your place, with the remaining $3,960 due before the first day of the program (unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing). Places are limited to 6 students per intake. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a signed enrolment agreement.
Barber Launchpad Plus+ is a recurring subscription service. Monthly subscribers are billed $79 AUD per month. Annual subscribers are billed $588 AUD per year ($49/mo). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period โ no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Annual Barber Launchpad Plus+ subscribers receive free welcoming gifts (valued at $488) shipped to their address. These gifts are provided as a one-time bonus upon first annual subscription. If you cancel your annual subscription before the end of the first billing period, you may be required to return the gifts or have their value deducted from any refund.
All content on the School of Barbers website and within our programs โ including but not limited to videos, lessons, documents, templates, frameworks, branding, and designs โ is the intellectual property of Lueyland Holdings Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any program content without prior written consent. Your subscription or enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own educational use only.
All students (Academy and Plus+) are expected to behave respectfully toward mentors, staff, fellow students, and clients. School of Barbers reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any program for conduct that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or disruptive. Termination for conduct violations does not entitle you to a refund.
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, introduce viruses or malicious code, scrape or collect data from the website without permission, or use the website in any way that could damage or impair its performance.
School of Barbers provides education and training resources. We do not guarantee specific income outcomes, employment, or business results. Testimonials and success stories on our website represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of typical results. Your results depend on your effort, skill development, and individual circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, School of Barbers and Lueyland Holdings Pty Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our programs or website. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant program or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Refunds for the 6 Week Barber Academy and Barber Launchpad Plus+ are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to current students and subscribers. Continued use of our website or programs after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
