We collect the following types of personal information depending on your relationship with us:
We collect personal information through: enrolment and application forms, our website and landing pages, email, phone, and SMS communication, social media and advertising platforms (Meta, Google), our CRM system, and CCTV on premises (for security purposes).
We collect and use personal information for: delivering our programs and services, managing enrolments and payments, communicating program updates and schedules, health and safety compliance, marketing and promotional communications (with consent), improving our programs and student outcomes, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We store personal information in secure cloud-based platforms with access controls and two-factor authentication where available. Payment information is processed by PCI-compliant third-party providers — we do not store credit card details directly. Physical records are stored securely at our premises with restricted access.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Student records are retained for 2 years after program completion. Financial records are retained for 5 years. Marketing leads are retained until unsubscribe or 2 years of inactivity. CCTV footage is retained for 30 days.
